The Calais School is a state-approved, private special education school in North Jersey serving students in grades K through 12 Plus with multiple learning disabilities as well as anxiety, mood, behavior and autism spectrum disorders.

Over the past decade, The Calais School has been honing a proprietary method for delivering Animal Assisted Interventions t0 meet the complex and varying needs of children with special needs. Our team of highly trained handlers and certified therapy dogs have helped countless students achieve academic, behavioral and therapeutic success.
